1. Who this applies to
This policy covers the Friends and Family Golf Invitational website and iOS app (the “Service”). It is intended for invited members and operators of a private league.
League data: picks, standings-related records, archived season history, notification preferences, and admin actions (e.g. pick overrides).
Device & push: if you enable notifications, we store push tokens (FCM) and preference toggles on your user profile.
Payments: if you buy a season pass, Stripe processes card details. We receive limited billing metadata (e.g. subscription status), not your full card number.
Technical data: basic logs needed for security and reliability (e.g. auth events, error diagnostics).
3. How we use information
Run the fantasy league (picks, standings, history, Hall of Fame).
Authenticate you and protect accounts.
Send optional push notifications you opt into (pick reminders, rank changes, tournament start, etc.).
Process payments and provide commissioner/admin tools.
Respond to support requests and improve reliability.
Stripe — payments when you purchase paid features.
Email delivery — transactional messages such as invites or password resets, when configured.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your direction. League members can see information appropriate to the game (e.g. display names, picks after lock rules, standings).
5. Cookies & local storage
The web app uses cookies/local storage as needed for sign-in session, preferences (e.g. theme), and security. The iOS app stores similar preferences on device and syncs notification settings to your account.
6. Retention
We keep account and league data while your membership is active and as needed for season history. Archived seasons and pick history may be retained so Hall of Fame and past results remain available. You may request deletion of your account; some aggregated or archival records may remain where needed for league integrity or legal obligations.
7. Security
We use industry-standard providers and access controls (including role-based admin access). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Your choices
Update profile details in the app.
Control notification categories in Settings / Profile.
Data may be processed in the United States via our service providers. If you access the Service from elsewhere, you consent to that transfer as needed to provide the Service.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
