Friends and Family Golf Invitational — private league app. Last updated: March 2026.
We store account and league data you provide or generate when using the app, including email address, display name, optional profile photo, golf picks, standings-related data, and league membership. We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and hosting.
Data is used to run the league: sign-in, picks, standings, and communication features available in the app. We do not sell your personal information.
Access is limited to signed-in league participants and administrators as enforced by our security rules. Do not share your password.
We do not provide your personal or league data to third-party generative-AI or model-training companies for their products, model improvement, or public datasets. There is no separate program that grants AI vendors access to our databases or private APIs. Cloud providers we use (such as Google Firebase for auth, database, and hosting) process data under their service terms to operate the app—see our Terms of Service for restrictions on automated and AI-related use of the service.
We keep data while your account and league use the service. You may ask a league administrator to remove or update your league profile where applicable.
For privacy questions, contact your league commissioner or the person who invited you.
